It is the culmination of all the most interesting things I could never have through all my years of Forge and Custom Games with my friends. Manufactured by SinoViet Heavy Machinery, these frigates are designated with the hull code FFG. Reviewed in the United States on March 8, 2020. A high-poly render of a Paris-class heavy frigate in Halo: Reach. UNSC Solace Dreams - Participated in the Battle of Orlais in 2541, enacted the Cole Protocol when Fleet Admiral Jonathan Archer ordered a retreat from the Vega system.Curiously, a campaign-style Strident is shown alongside two canonically designed Stridents at the end of Halo: Escalation #7. UNSC Rio Grande - Participated in the Battle of Eridanus II. UNSC Farragut - Participated in the defense of Kastovia, lost with all hands. UNSC In Amber Clad - Part of the UNSC Home Fleet, commanded by Commander Miranda Keyes, participated in the Battle for Earth and the Battle of Installation 05. UNSC Andraste - Part of the UNSC Home Fleet, participated in the Battle for Earth. Defensive measures include 100 centimeters of Titanium-50 battleplate, electromagnetic reactive armor, and a sophisticated electronic countermeasure package able to disrupt enemy targeting systems to a significant degree, along with at least two electromagnetic grapple launchers.

Secondary weapon systems include 4 10-inch/60 caliber railgun batteries, 18 anti-ship missile pods, 2 nuclear missiles, and 60 M910 Rampart twin-linked 30mm autocannon turrets. The primary armament of the Paris-class is single a Mark II light-coil Magnetic Accelerator Cannon. The ship is equipped with a Starwerx K-2A12 translight engine featuring a Series IV CODEN field generator. Sublight propulsion is provided by two primary S-400 series, and two secondary K-85 series impulse drives.

The Paris-class is powered by a pair of F3H Naval fusion reactors. The Paris-class features two ventral hangar bays that are each capable of launching and retrieving two dropships or other smallcraft, such as shuttle pods.

Like all UNSC frigate classes, the bridge module has its own life support that will function even if the rest of the ship is crippled. The ships are outfitted with an extensive sensor suite that uses a combination of laser and radar scanners for actively detecting and tracking targets, while monitoring surrounding space for anomalous energy sources. Due to their heavy armament they can be used both as escorts for larger capital ships and for rapid offensive engagement. At 535.05 meters in length, the Paris-class is smaller than the Charon-class assault frigate, but is more heavily armed and armored.
